Tara Reid in Los Angeles at the Oceans 13 Movie Premier.TB: At first, I thought she was wearing a bathing suit cover up and the aqua was her bikini straps. I don't like the frock at all, but love how the straps and shoes match her ocean blue eyes.
CC: Is this not Hollywood? Does she not have a stylist? This is not a pool party, and nothing is more ill fitting than this baby doll shirt on Tara. Is it supposed to be a dress?
CI: I think she looks adorable. I am not too fond of the color or pattern, but over all, she pulls this look off. Tara's softer makeup and hair waves are stunning. And the shoes - I want them!
