Paris Hilton at the MTV Movie Awards, just hours before remanding herself to prison.TB: Perfect. No prison stripes yet, Paris is simply stunning in the black dress, bag, and shoes. I need to find out who's shoes those are, love the touch of color on the back of the heel.
CC: I can only imagine how nervous this girl is, and she pulls off one of her best looks ever. Maybe a little humility goes a long way.
CI: Being that I am not a huge Paris wardrobe fan, I do have to say that she shined in all black last night. Everything down to her nails were right on.

I believe the shoes are Christian Louboutin, because of the signature red sole. But I could be wrong.
